Bakery

Our Bakery project works with pupils from Dornoch Primary and Dornoch Academy. We spend a morning cooking together, learning how to follow a recipe (and use your initiative without one!), then we set the table and sit down together for a meal - usually a main, side and a pud. It's a social space to share stories, converse over a meal and learn about cookery, sharing, table manners and how fulfilling it is to create and enjoy delicious meals together.
